Orginally from the California Bay Area, Bryan Foss started playing trumpet when he was 7 years old and kept it up all the way through college playing in every school band: jazz marching pep and concert. After college the horn got packed away and life began. For 15 years it remained untouched in its case.

A few years ago, after prodding from friends he picked it back up and rekindled his love for playing the horn. After playing in a few jazz, soul and blues bands, Bryan found his niche and lately The Sciaticats.
